Professional Data Recovery Service
Cheadle DATA Recovery Ltd is a real data recovery lab, capable of recovering data from all types of server and RAID configuration. CDR has been providing professional data recovery services since 2006. Feel free to ‘Google Search’ us, to find information on CDR’s trading history, technical expertise in data recovery forums, and independent reviews on a number of websites, including ‘Money Saving Expert‘.
Genuine Reviews Only
In general we avoid the use of ‘TrustPilot’ due to the high proportion of fake reviews posted on many business profiles. Google and Facebook reviews have increased reliability as they provide some identification of the reviewer.
Moreover, we do have a number of previous customers at high-profile academic institutions and companies who are happy to provide a written recommendation to any potential customer. Some prospective customers find this particularly useful when making enquiries regarding the recovery of large RAID arrays or complicated virtualised environments, where the associated cost of recovery can be significant.
RAID Data Recovery Reviews
Below are a number of testimonials from customers who had failed RAID arrays recovered by CDR.
RAID 10 Dell, 8TB 4 x 2TB SAS comprising of a dozen virtual servers: Cheadle DATA Recovery Ltd successfully rebuilt the RAID array and recovered all of the data within 48 hours on our ’emergency service’. This was a challenging job, largely as a result of the considerable amount of recovered data and having the ensure error free virtual server image files (.VHD). What the customer said:
“Obviously this has been a difficult process for all of us [at the company], and we appreciate that you have gone to unusual lengths to provide us with the data we require, and to satisfy our changing requirements.” R. Illing, Web Applications UK Ltd.
HP/Compaq RAID 0, 3-Disk SCSI with a 1 HDD failure: One of the SCSI Seagate Cheetah 10K hard disk drives was suffering from a translator fault. The result of this is that the hard disk drive is completely inaccessible and shows a capacity of 0Mb. CDR was able to resolve this issue and then rebuild the RAID array. The result was a full recovery. What the customer said:
“That’s amazing…Many thanks for the recovery work you performed for us. I will have no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone who needs them.” P. Thornicroft, Tectrix Solutions Ltd.
RAID 0, mini G-RAID 1TB external hard disk, 1 HDD degraded, and corrupt HFS+ filesystem: A full recovery of 900GB of data was made. The critical 120GB of this was returned to the customer within 24 hours of starting working on the device. The remainder of the data was was returned at a later date at the convenience of the customer. What the customer said:
“This is all good, thanks for all your help yesterday and thanks so much for giving me such a good deal, it is really really appreciated.” S. Owen, Standby Productions.
Cheadle Data saved me as I had dropped by external hard drive. John was exceptionally efficient in contacting me and clearly explained the process which I could understand. The workflow made it simple for me to keep a track on the work. Only two documents lost and received my drive back promptly with an amazing return delivery service. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this service. AMAZING!
I found Cheadle Data Recovery on a google search after my hard drive stopped working. They took the drive and repaired it and retrieved the data i required.
Excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has problem with the computer drives
After my 2TB hard drive took a bump containing a lifetime's worth of media and important documents, I was at a loss. I contacted many local companies, of which none were able to guarantee a maximum I would be paying, and enticing me instead with relatively low starting prices.
By chance, Cheadle Data Recovery came through my search (NOT local to me) and it really does merit its outstanding reviews. From the first phone conversation I had with John, I was given clarity about the price points. A maximum quote was given to me from the offset, with an emphasis on 'no recovery, no fee' basis.
The process was explained to me at every point, including details of the diagnosis. John showed me the mechanisms of the different hard drives, and ways they can be damaged. This was something I appreciated considering the price of recovery, that I understood the intricacy of the work.
I was kept updated via email throughout and was emailed a list of the recovered data so I could look over it, prior to any payments being made.
A professional and frankly honest company. Very pleased with the 100% recovery! Thank you.
